Lifeâs a battefield.
you donât have to fight it alone.
Choose your mission. get matched with your team. reclaim your lifeâtogether.
Operation Break Free exists to help people take back control of their livesâthrough shared goals, real teams, and a path that actually works.
We bring people together to face whatâs been holding them backâand move forward, side by side.
Operation Break Free isnât a programâItâs transformation
Every few months, we open the gates for those who are done surviving and ready to fight for more. You sign up. You get matched. You join a small crew. And together, you go to workâon your discipline, your healing, your vision, your relationships, your life.
Every mission lasts between 6 to 12 weeks. Every team has your back. Youâll show up for each other, push yourself, and growâwith structure and support the whole way.
How The OBF Journey works
-
Youâve already been trying to fix things on your own. No team. No structure. Just survival mode. That ends here.
đ You mightâve triedâŚ
Healing on your own
Staying focused with no real plan
Changingâbut always starting over
đŤ The problem?
Youâve had no one to check in with
No system, no clarity, no crew
Just gritâand burnout
â What changes now:
đ§ You stop guessing
đ You stop carrying the weight alone
𧹠You get structure and support
đŤ You join a team thatâs got your back
đĄ What matters:
You donât need to be perfect
You just need to show up
And commit to something real
-
This isnât about random goals or trendy habits. Itâs about facing what actually mattersâright now.
đ Whatâs weighing on you?
A cycle youâre stuck in?
A part of you youâre trying to rebuild?
A dream you keep postponing?
A habit you canât break?
A version of yourself youâre ready to leave behind?
đ§ We ask the right questions:
What are you tired of carrying alone?
What are you craving deep down?
What kind of breakthrough are you ready for?
đ¤ Then we help you find your crew:
People who want the same kind of change
Different stories. Same fight.
One shared goal
đŹ You donât need the perfect words.
Just speak the truthâabout what hurts, whatâs missing, or what youâre chasing.
Thatâs how it starts.
-
You donât have to bring your own people. You donât have to prove you belong.
We build the right team for you.
đ It starts with your fight:
Once we know what youâre up against,
We match you with people who get it
Because theyâre up against something similar.
𧊠The match isnât random.
Itâs based on:
Your goals
Your energy
Your season of life
đĽ Each team has its own flavor:
Some are here to grind.
Some are here to heal.
Some are here to reset and rebuild.
But all are here to grow.
đ¤ What they all share:
Real guidance
Real support
A shared purpose: move forwardâtogether.
-
Before your team ever links up, someoneâs already been preppingâwith you in mind.
𧹠Every team is led by someone who stepped upâNot because theyâre perfect. Not because theyâve arrived. But because they care enough to help hold the structure for the rest of the team.
đŞ Theyâre a participant too.
Still in the process.
Still doing the work.
But ready to walk alongside youâand hold the line when things get tough.
đ§ We train and support them with structure and toolsâ
So they donât have to guess.
So they can focus on guiding, not managing.
So they can protect the experience and keep the mission on track.
đ Youâll meet with your leader before the full team launch
So youâre not walking in cold.
Youâll have someone in your corner from day one.
Youâll start with trust, not awkward intros.
đ¤ Theyâre not above youâtheyâre beside you.
Still in the fight.
Still figuring it out.
But showing up anyway.
Because leading others is one of the deepest ways to grow yourself.
-
This is where everything shifts. Not just in your mindâbut in the room.
đŞ Before anything begins, you show up.
To the Mission Briefing.
A live, community-wide event.
One space. All new teams. Same energy.
đĄ What to expect:
đ§ Orientation: Know whatâs ahead.
đ¤ Social connection: Meet the movement.
đĽ Declaration: Youâre doing this nowâfor real.
đĽ Then your team breaks offâ
To get your first challenge.
To lock in your plan.
To start the workâtogether.
đ This isnât just a welcome.
Itâs a launch.
Youâre not just thinking about change anymore.
Youâre in it.
With your crew. With the rest of OBF beside you. And thereâs no turning back.
-
This is where talk turns into action.
đ Over the next 6 to 12 weeks, you move.
Through the challenge.
With your team.
Through the highs, the lows, and everything in between.
đ ď¸ You donât wing it. You work it.
Weekly rhythm.
Clear structure.
Guided phases and check-ins.
Built to keep you movingâeven when you want to stop.
đĽ You show upâespecially on the hard days.
Because your teamâs showing up too.
Because you gave your word.
Because quitting on yourself isnât an option anymore.
đ Youâll track it all.
Wins. Slips. Progress. Pain.
Youâll talk real.
Youâll grow real.
Youâll stay in motionâphysically, mentally, emotionally.
đŤ Most people fall off right here. But youâve got a team. Youâve got a plan. And youâre not doing this alone.
-
This isnât just a celebration. Itâs a ritual. A closing. A beginning.
đď¸ OBF Warriorâs Night marks the end of the campaign.
All teams return.
All journeys are honored.
Every battle gets its moment.
đ¤ We gather to reflect.
On the work.
On the growth.
On the courage it took to show upâagain and again.
đĄď¸ Some came to heal.
đĽ Some came to push.
đą All came to transform.
đŹ This is where we see it clearly:
What it cost.
What it changed.
What it meant.
đŹ We laugh. We remember. We share the stories.
Not just the highlightsâbut the hard shit too.
We honor every step.
And every person who walked it.
đŞ And then we open a new door.
Stay connected.
Join the next mission.
Step up to lead a team of your own.
Or just show up for the next personâlike someone did for you.
đ This isnât just a one-time thing.
Itâs a movement. A family. A place to come back toâagain and again.
đ The mission was real. So are you. And youâre not done yet.

Founderâs Message
âI spent most of my life letting the world tell me who I wasâuntil I chose to fight back.â
Operation Break Free is for those done surviving in silence, stuck in cycles, and facing lifeâs hardest battles alone.
itâs time to Reclaim your life, one mission at a time.
- Omar Alexander Pedroza (Founder, OBF)
